I provide individual counseling services via telehealth for those living in:

• Ohio

Standard sessions can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes long.

A 60-minute standard intake session is required to get started & then we will tailor treatment to your specific needs & goals.

Insurances Accepted: BCBS, United Healthcare & Aetna (most programs offered under each)

Cash Pay: Cash pay is always an option & I am open to sliding scale fees. A superbill can be provided if you would like to submit to your insurance plan for Out Of Network (OON) benefits & reimbursement. Payment via Venmo. Sliding scale options available.
